L.A Reflection I picked my fiction story for my portfolio because I thought that I did a really good job. I created my fiction story and I wish it existed. There was an issue when I tried to write it because I did not know what I was going to write. Then I finally came up with an idea. I struggled in this piece a lot when I was in the middle of writing. I also edited a lot to make my piece a lot better.
Fiction writers write about an issue that is important to them and they create characters who struggle with the issue. They know the character’s motivation and struggles. Writers create characters internal and external traits. One more thing that fiction writers remember to include dialog that allows the reader to see what the characters are doing. If you want to make a good piece you could do this in you piece, clearly let the reader should know what the character wants, and what obstacles stand in the way.
Fiction writers also resolve the story so there are no loose ends. Also good writers use a story map to outline the story. Another way that a good writer can make there piece better is that you have to know the setting and what the characters do in that setting. I hope what I said helps.
